Thursday latelies: From Paris with Love

  • Simply Stylish Mom’s Fall Smoothie: 1 cup of almond milk, 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 handful of spinach leaves, 1 tablespoon of canned pumpkin, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, stevia (optional), pinches of cinnamon/pumpkin spice: blend it up and serve!

  • Vacation Bible School, this is what my son’s been attending, cool huh? (makes me want to be a kid again!)

Healthy Breakfast on the go (from 4 Ingredients) 
Serves 4
  1. 1 tub fruit yoghurt
  2. 1 organic free range egg
  3. 2 cups diced watermelon
  4. 2 cups other diced fruit (banana, strawberries, pineapples, apples)
Place all ingredients into a blender and serve. A fantastic breakfast to take with you.
